This superb semi-apo 480mm refractor model is exactly the same as the 'kit' version but supplied without the star-diagonal or eyepiece.

Supplied with a 1.25" to 2" eyepiece adaptor with brass inset. The telescope has a fully retractable dew-shield as well as 15 internal anti-reflection baffles and all glass surfaces are fully multi-coated.

Includes metal front cap and deluxe die-cut foam filled storage and carry-case. The body of the scope is fitted with a tripod mounting foot and can be fitted to any good quality camera tripod with a standard 1/4" thread fitting. Can be supplied with small dovetail plate to allow attachment to your existing EQ mounting.
